Welcome to Moving with Music.com.

Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you find all the information you need here.

I am looking forward to new year!! 2010 I pray brings some recovery to our industry. I am looking forward to the bounce back in real estate. Over the past couple years things have been slow and it has been a very difficult market for seller and buyers. However, the mortgage industry seems to have settled down and rates are very low. Many part time or inexperienced agents have moved on leaving behind us hard working ,dedicated agents who can make it though the tough times. Home prices have adjusted so buyers can afford the homes they want. This shift we have experienced will make us stronger.

Welcome 2010!!

In this market we are all trying to work with a small number of buyers and sellers. I feel this is a perfect time to set myself apart from the rest. I value each client I have the opportunity to work with. I provide an extremely high level of customer service that clients are impressed with. This is a hard time for us in Real Estate...we have to work hard to make sure we come out on top when things swing the other way. And it will swing the other direction.

Here is a little information about me....My name is Stephanie Music and I joined RE/MAX as a  Realtor in 2004. I am with a wonderful office--RE/MAX Town & Country in Woodstock, Georgia.  Being a Realtor was actually a dream I had from when I was a young girl. I am excited about Real Estate and I am one of the few people in the world that can say...I LOVE MY JOB!

I am a graduate of Kennesaw State University.  I am also a member to the KSU Alumni Association. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management specialized in Human Resources.  I also have an Associates in Sociology.  I joined the corporate world straight out of college and enjoyed it very much.  I learned a tremendous amount and would never trade the experiences I had. However, I always wanted to sell Real Estate.  Finally, I was able to take a leap of faith and after hard work, many prayers, hours of studying and wonderful support from my husband and family, I received a license from the state of Georgia to sell Real Estate.

I am a member of First Baptist Church in Woodstock. It is large but it is a wonderful church.  There is a reason so many people call it their church home.  Feel free to come visit us any Sunday. Services start at 9:30.

I enjoy being outside and meeting people.  I have 2 dogs that my husband and I love very much.  I am a proud Aunt to 5 nephews and 6 nieces. I enjoy the beach and the mountains too.

I am a life member of the Million Dollar Club. I made this level my first year in real estate and progressed to Mulit Million in my second full year in the business. In a market that is not full of uncertainty and the short sales and foreclosures, I proudly sell my listing with in 60 days for 98-99% of the list price. That is something I am very proud of!! It takes hard work and dedication to continue to be successful in a slow market.

In recent times things are very difficult for our industry. Looking back, in 2007 Lenders were going under daily, loans were getting harder to obtain for buyers and the media scared everyone into not doing anything. Houses were sitting on the market for record amounts of time. Despite these negative aspects, there were still buyers and sellers in the market. I thank God for a good year. I was fortunate enough to work with some wonderful people in 2007. Many were referrals from past clients, which is such a compliment. Many buyers took advantage of some low prices due to sellers continued efforts to sell and the foreclosures. I was grateful to be a member of the Million Dollar Club again this year.

In 2008 the industry continued to have a hard time. I received most of my clients as referrals from past clients. Listings were sitting for a long time so I was very picky about which houses I listed. My average days on market was appx 30 days. This is due to a strong marketing plan, thinking out side of the box and having dedicated serious sellers willing to put in the hard work to make their house stand out from the one down the street.

2009...WOW, what a year it was. Short sales, foreclosures, uncertainty in the economy, a new president --- the list can go on and on. Real estate did not improve and for many it was worse than years past. The values of homes decreased in record amounts, the owners who wanted to sell without going into foreclosure or short selling could not hardly give their houses away. This was a tough time for most of us in the industry.

I have been very blessed with some wonderful clients to work with over the years.  I have had many referrals from past clients which means so much to me.  That is the best compliment I can ever receive.  I hope to continue to receive referrals from past clients.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website.  It is continuously changing to meet the needs of buyers and sellers.

Meet 2 members of my family. We have had each of them since they were just weeks old. They are both Labs. They love the water and the chocolate one loves to play fetch. The big yellow ones wants to sit your lap and just love (even though he is too big to do that!) They are getting old now, but don't tell them!!  They still act like puppies!!
