Buyers...Don't do it alone!

With the internet at our finger tips, many buyers in the market for a new home think they can navigate the Real Estate market alone. However, we have had many changes in our industry and buyers need to be very careful! Speaking of changes....in 2008 GAR (Georgia Association of Realtors) changed the contracts. It is much more complicated and detailed than the past contracts. Many of the itmes written into the contract that were specifically for buyers have been removed.2009 is expected to bring even more changes. Buyers really need to be careful and follow the contract specifically. Without an agent working with buyers many will not know the details of the new contract and will probably loose their earnest money.
